Geetha Krishna who was pretty well known to Telugu audience with his movies like sankertana, Kokila, keechu Rallu after a long gap made a movie called Koffee Bar. Cofee Bar was presented by Lakshmi Ganpathi Films under the banner Blue Fox Cinema produced and directed by geetha krishna was released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada at a time. Sasank, Biyanka Desai were the main lead and Atul Kulkarni played a important role in the movie. Geetha Krishna gave the story and screen play and music for this movie Geetha KRishna who is in the mind of the Telugu audience because of his old movies has completed this movie before an year but struggled hard to release it. Movie was based on suspense and lets check the review to come to know how it clicked.
Story:
Rama Krishna alias Rk(Sasank) is an orphan, he himself feels that he is a genius and on top of it he has strong belief that every one will agree that he is a genius one day Rk who comes to Hyderabad in search of job comes across a small girl and he also gets introduced to srujana and then they fall in love. Srujana who unable to sustain the torture of her sisters husband comes over to rk and so rk, srujana and that little girl start living together but they fall short of money in this situation RK wins over 1 crore by participating in a game held by a crorepati after taking the money RK returns home and finds that he has been trapped. The remaining story is how RK comes out of the trap and proves that he a genius by every one.
Analysis:
Koffee Bar was a mix of Love, Sentiment, Suspense, Patriotism, by geetha krishna, but this Koffee did not come out well due to unwanted things in it having more space than required. After watching this movie one would get a feeling whether geetha krishna really made movies like sankkertana, kokila..! its because some scenes in the movie appeared as if some one who don't know movies have directed them First half of the movie is boring without much entertainment interval bang is a little breather which makes some of the second half interesting and the climax of the movie is very routine and this makes the audience very irritated. None of the technicians needs appreciation
Sasank acted very well, his acting skills were exhibited in the second half, he was very involved in some scenes so this movie success will decide whether this movie will help him in his career or not. Heroine was good in her role Atul Kulkarni was wasted and others did there roles well.
